Website update in process

visionWe are thinkers.

We are problem-solvers.

We are information gatherers.

Our approach to each project is new and fresh – not recycled from older projects. At your project’s start, we initiate the most important step – due diligence. We use established Project Management Institute (PMI) principles in our processes and due diligence is a part of that. This way, we do not miss a step. It is not just about the deliverable – the process that leads to those deliverables is just as important.

By being precise and deliberate in our approach, we have the room to allow your design, documentation, permitting and construction processes to move smoothly. That is our goal and vision: to treat your project as if it is our only because your perception of our process and product is the only true measure of our success.

E & G Consulting’s Team will focus on three methods in executing our design, analyses and planning:

Method I: Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)

This strategy allows us to complete projects by integrating people, companies, Teams, systems, business structures and practices collaboratively to harness the skills, talents and insights to:

  • Optimize project results;
  • Increase value to the Customer and reduce waste;
  • Maximize efficiency through all phases of design and construction.

We engage major stakeholder groups in constructive dialogue early. It is critical that we listen, document and provide feedback for review to ensure requirements are properly delivered. This increases the likelihood that project targets, including schedule, budget, and quality, will be met or exceeded. Since collaboration is the key to the success of any project, we use this technique to distinguish ourselves uniquely from the competition and the proven results are highly effective.

Method II: Multi-disciplinary Approach

E & G Consulting has formed a multi-disciplinary Team that executes projects. We work together to ensure our assumptions, analyses, and conclusions are vetted and that we achieve unsurpassed solutions and incorporate the best design practices.

Method III: Project Quality Assurance and Quality Control Practices

Our Quality Management Plan includes three distinct components:

  1. Independent Quality Control / Internal Peer Review
  2. Project Management / Information Management Tools
  3. Team Management
